  1. Did you arrive in the UK between 1948 and 1 January 1989?
  2. What document did you come to the UK on?
  3. Have you been:
    1. denied a British passport
    2. employment
    3. healthcare
    4. access to benefits and education
    5. detained by the immigration services in the UK or overseas
    6. refused housing or accommodation
  4.   because you could not provide evidence that you were entitled to them either before or after 2007?
  5. Were you married to an individual with British Status between 1948–1988/89?
  6. Do you have any criminal convictions?
